As part of the onboarding process, we need to gather some basic information that is associated with your environment. Attached to this Solution Article is a worksheet that we ask new customers to complete and return to your Account Team. Generally, we ask that customers return the completed onboarding worksheet prior to the initial onboarding meeting. The Excel-based workbook consists of two sections, set up a tabs:
- Key Info - In this section, we gather some key information about you as a customer as well as your environment. If you are not sure how to complete a section, don't let that worry you. Just complete what you can and we'll work with you to complete any open items during our first meeting.
- Operators - Please provide the requested information on anyone you feel will have a need to log into CoreView. Initially, we only really need the names of the individuals who will serve as Tenant Administrators.
