Are you experiencing issues watching lessons on the learning platform? 


This may be due to third-party cookies, which can prevent videos from playing properly. Third-party cookies are placed into your browser by a website hosted on a domain other than the one they are currently visiting.


To ensure you can access all the content on our platform, we recommend enabling third-party cookies in your browser settings.


We have created a series of tutorial videos that show how to enable third-party cookies in the most popular browsers. Please check it out below for step-by-step instructions:


MOZILLA FIREFOX

  1. Click the Menu Symbol (≡) and click Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Privacy & Security.
  3. In the main section, click Manage exceptions
  4. In the Address of website textbox, write: https://talentlms.com" and then click Add Exception.
  5. Repeat the last step, adding the second domain: "https://coreview.com"
  6. Click Save changes



MICROSOFT EDGE

  1. Click the Menu Symbol (…) and choose Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Cookies and Site Permissions.
  3. In the main section, click Manage and delete cookies and site data. 
  4. Now enable "Allow sites and read cookie data (recommended)".

If you don't want to set allow for all cookies, you can set the two needed domains as an exception:

  1. In the same page, click Add in the Allow section.
  2. Insert the first domain in the textbox: https://talentlms.com 
  3. Then click Add. You can leave the check boxes unchecked.
  4. Repeat the same steps, adding the second domain: https://coreview.com


GOOGLE CHROME

  1. Click the Menu Symbol (⋮) and choose Settings.
  2. In the left sidebar, click Privacy and security
  3. Then click Cookies and other site data.
  4. Enable Allow all cookies.


MACOSX SAFARI

  1. Click Safari in the menu bar and choose Preferences.
  2. Go to the Privacy tab.
  3. In the Cookies and website data section, uncheck Block all cookies.
