Categories

There are few categories within CoreView that provide a TenantAdmin with the ability to configure CoreView to meet the unique operational requirements of your organization. In this Quick Start Guide, we’ll give you an overview of each.       

You can access these features from the Product Menu by selecting My Organization and then clicking on the Settings tab. 

  • General A collection of settings that do not fall into any of the other categories. Please refer to the corresponding Quick Start Guide 
  •  License Pools Allows you to decide if you want to your Licenses Pools to also serve as Virtual Tenants. Note: Not recommended for large organizations.   
  • Mail Settings: indicates what is the mail provider configured to deliver campaigns and/or scheduled reports emails 
  • GraphAPI – This read-only value indicates if your CoreView tenant has consent to use GraphAPI. This should normally be “Yes.” 
  • Management – Please refer to the corresponding Quick Start Guide 
  • Management Actions – Allows you to decide if the use of our Notes feature is mandatory or optional
  • SharePoint – Indicates if the SharePoint management is enabled.  This option allows seeing the data in OneDrive owners report as well as performing OneDrive actions 
  • Notifications – Allows you to control whether or no any newly added Operator will receive an alert from CoreView once their account is created. 
  • Naming Convention Rules – Allows you to add a specific prefix and/or suffix to the chosen context and filed and define a list of blocked words 
  • Extension Attribute: Extension Attributes can be now mapped to the Portal Attributes. The Mapped attributes can be used as delegation filters to set the V-tenant.
  • Secure By Default: In an environment with V-Tenant and Permission configured, Operators with no V-Tenant and/or Permission assigned, cannot visualize any information or perform any action.
