We are excited to announce that our support staff will hold open "Office hours", where we will be online for a period of time to answer general questions. We welcome all customers to join if they have questions on:  Reporting and filters, Management Actions, Workflow, Delegation (Virtual Tenant, Permission, License Pool, License Template), or Campaigns. Please note that questions or issues that require investigation will require a ticket as usual. 

Here is the current schedule for our "office hours": 

EMEA every Tuesday starting from the 12th of April - 11 AM to 12 PM CEST TIME. 

US every Thursday starting from 14th of April - 12 PM to 1 PM EST.
