When opening the BitLocker keys report no data is shown and users are not able to view and manage their BitLocker keys.

This issue is caused by additional consent that needs to be granted to retrieve data for the BitLocker keys report. 

Consent can be provided by opening a private browser session while using an Office 365 account that has Global Admin permissions. Paste the following URL into the browser's address bar and then press enter.
