Modified on Wed, 06 Jul 2022 at 02:48 AM

This article describes what report columns, “Is active 30,” “Is active 60,” and “Is active 90” mean and how to leverage them in CoreView.

What do the report columns Is active 30, Is active 60, and Is active 90 tell us?

The report columns Is active 30, Is active 60 and Is active 90 provide values related to the service addressed in the specific report being utilized. The values for these columns will be either TRUE or FALSE:

To determine the value that should be listed for each person in the report, the system determines whether that user has any of the following services: Exchange, OneDrive, SharePoint, Skype, Teams, Yammer, and OfficeProPlus. If they do, and they have also been active within the last 30 days, the “Is active 30” column will display “TRUE” for that user.

If the user does not have at least one plan and has not been active within the last 30 days, the value will be FALSE.

Then, it is necessary to determine if the User has a plan related to the specific service being referenced. For example, if you are looking at Is active 30 in a OneDrive report, the User would need to have a license that includes OneDrive. If not, the value for this column will be FALSE. Otherwise, it will calculate whether the user has been active on the service within the last 30, 60, or 90 days and set the value accordingly.

The following fields are referenced to determine the recent activity for the corresponding service:

  • OneDrive - OneDriveLastAction
  • SharePoint - SharePointLastAction
  • Skype - LyncLastActivityTime
  • Yammer - YammerLastActivityDate
  • OfficeProPlus - M365ClientAppLastActivityDate
  • Teams - TeamsLastActivitydate
  • PowerBIPro - PowerBILastAction
  • Dynamics - CrmLastActivityDate
  • For Dynamics, the PowerBI plan must start with one of the following names: Dynamics CRM, Dynamics 365, DYN365, CRM, D365, Dynamics_365
