Issue: TIFF files are not being processed


My TIFF files are not being processed with optical character recognition.


You can open the CoreScan options screen from File -> Options on the top menu.    

You can then select the OCR image recognition checkbox.  

It is advised to de-select this option once completed as it slows down usually scanning.
