
Overview
CoreView provides thirteen (13) pre-built graphical Dashboards that provide at-a-glance views of key performance indicators or metrics relevant to your Office 365 environment. These dashboards are:
Dashboard
When you click on any of the individual bar charts, the users that make up that workload will appear in a columnar report at the bottom of the page. You can then manipulate this report by adding your own filters or columns, and you can alter the display using GroupBy.
OneDrive Dashboard
Exchange Dashboard
Skype Dashboard
The Skype dashboard provides an overview of your Skype peer-to-peer sessions, conferences, and user activities. The Skype dashboard’s tables are action-enabled, and you can click on them to view additional details.
Consumption Dashboard
The Consumption dashboard provides an overview of users’ activity on various workloads, as depicted below. This table is action-enabled, and you can click on it to view additional details.
Cost Dashboard
This dashboard provides you a detailed overview of the associated licensing Cost and Loss across your tenants, considering all factors, including the assigned licenses that are not used and the unassigned licenses. You can obtain a detailed view by Company, Country, Department, or Domain. Conducting a cost analysis can help you discover oversubscribed license fees and optimize your license inventory.
License Dashboard
The License Dashboard shows how many and what kind of licenses the organization has, how many are inactive, unassigned, or oversized, and how much money the company is losing through license waste. It shows licenses by department, SKU, subscriptions expiring in 90 days, and forecasts used vs. license losses over the next three years.
Secure Score
The dashboard shows a detailed overview of the security of your organization. You will be able to quickly evaluate your organization's security posture, see machines that require attention, and find recommended improvements actions.
Service Usage
The dashboard provides an overview of the product usage per workload on a monthly bases.
Teams Dashboard
This dashboard provides an overview of Teams' activities and usage. For example, you will see the number of groups created or deleted in the last seven days, the inactive groups, the inactive and active users in the last 30 days, etc.
Operational Dashboard
This Dashboard shows a graphic representation of the KPI showing the operational status of the Tenant. They are grouped by category, service, and severity. Filters can be applied to provide a more detailed view.
Security Dashboard
This Dashboard shows a graphic representation of the KPI showing the security status of the Tenant. They are grouped by category, service, and severity. Filters can be applied to provide a more detailed view.
Storage Dashboard
The dashboard indicates the volume of data stored. There is an overview and then details of data usage in Exchange, OneDrive, and SharePoint, users blocked or deleted from accessing them, and users’ backup status.
KPI Dashboard and Custom Dashboard
KPI Dashboard and Custom Dashboard can contain customizable KPIs with information tailored for your environment. Whatever KPI (Key Performance Indicators) are important to you and your organization can be monitored, including examples like the number of users not using O365 or Teams, haven’t been in Teams meetings, hours of Teams meetings per week, or more security-focused number of inactive or guests accounts that are inactive. This dashboard shows a graphic representation of the results coming from the KPI reports saved. They are grouped by a category chosen during the creation of the reports.
