How to schedule a report to be sent automatically, and how to modify its scheduling options?

To schedule a report follow the steps described below:

  • Open the report you would like to schedule;
  • Click the Menu icon on the top right of the table;
  • Click Schedule;
  • You need to specify the Report and Schedule settings;
  • Click Confirm.
  • The scheduled report will be stored under Saved Reports.

 

If you would like to Modify previously scheduled reports, follow the steps below: 

  1. Go to Scheduled Report;
  2. Listed here you will see all thescheduled reports. Click on the Pencil icon to modify the scheduling settings.


CoreView recommends to customers that where practicable, the use of distribution lists is preferred over individual named recipients on a scheduled CoreView Report.


While we understand that this approach will not work for all scheduled reports, it's the preferred method to avoid the need for an Operator to have to continually maintain the list of individual named recipients on any given scheduled report.  In this way, you can simply rely on the distribution group's membership, which are typically maintained through the normal course of business.


Please be aware that of an individual who is named as a recipient on a scheduled report is no longer a valid Office 365 use, regardless of the reason, you will need to manually remove them from the schedule.  They are not dropped automatically.
